Swap with Trezor
Trezor is a hardware wallet that keeps your keys on the device. Shieldz connects through Trezor Connect, so every swap is approved on the Trezor screen.
What you can swap from Trezor
How to swap with Trezor
- Connect your Trezor by USB and unlock it.
- On Shieldz, choose Connect, then Trezor. Trezor Connect opens and asks you to share the account you are paying from.
- Pick the coin you have and the coin you want, enter an amount and paste the address you want to receive at.
- Check the amount and deposit address on the Trezor screen and approve. Shieldz tracks the swap until it lands.
Before you swap
Keep your Trezor firmware up to date: newer coins and transaction types depend on it.
Shieldz charges 0.15% per swap. MetaMask's built-in swap charges 0.875% and Phantom's 0.85%. Compare on your own amount.
