Swap with Noir
Noir is a Zcash browser wallet that keeps most of its balance in the shielded pool. It is the first software wallet Shieldz can pay ZEC from.
What you can swap from Noir
How to swap with Noir
- Install Noir and unlock it.
- On Shieldz, choose Connect, then Noir, and approve the connection in Noir.
- Pick the coin you have and the coin you want, enter an amount and paste the address you want to receive at.
- Review the quote, then approve the deposit in Noir. Shieldz tracks the swap until it lands.
Before you swap
Noir builds and broadcasts the Zcash payment itself, so the amount you can send is what Noir says it can spend, including shielded funds.
Shieldz charges 0.15% per swap. MetaMask's built-in swap charges 0.875% and Phantom's 0.85%. Compare on your own amount.
